Peter Mathews, Director
Peter Mathews is a management consultant who specialises in organisational and efficiency review, change management, strategic interventions, process review, governance, strategic corporate and business planning, market research and planning, regional development and transport economics.
Peter is also experienced in commercial negotiations, investigations, strategic HR, issues management, workshop facilitation and team building (Peter is an accredited Myers-Briggs facilitator) and strategic positioning of organisations in the market place.
Peter has over 25 years’ consulting and senior executive experience in the private and public sectors, specialising in major organisational reviews that lead to significant improvements in business and strategic performance.

Paul Guyatt, Managing Director
Paul Guyatt is a Human Resources and Management consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the areas of workers’ compensation, rehabilitation, organisational review and change management, workplace investigations, managing the mix of health and performance management issues and provision of strategic HR and performance management advice. Paul is comfortable working with organisations at both the macro and micro levels.
Paul has over ten years’ experience managing the Rehabilitation, Health & Welfare function for a large utility, achieving excellent results in relation to workers’ compensation and rehabilitation and was also responsible for the implementation of an award winning employee wellness program.
Paul is experienced in the management of complex health related employment issues, code of conduct and grievance investigations and implementing conflict resolution strategies. Paul has developed strategies and coordinated processes specifically designed to address the underlying basis for problems affecting the work performance of individual workers.
Paul has consulted extensively to employers in the private sector and ‘not for profit sector’ as well as State and Federal Government organisations and Government owned corporations. Kylie Torrens, Associate
Kylie Torrens is a workers’ compensation and rehabilitation specialist with over 20 years of experience. Kylie has worked directly for organisations in the health, manufacturing, transport and utility sectors both the macro and micro levels.
Kylie has experience completing workplace investigations relating to code of conduct matters, grievances and suspected corrupt conduct.
Kylie has extensive experience as the Senior Rehabilitation Consultant at Energex, working in the areas of workplace health, rehabilitation, disability management, managing the mix of health and performance management issues, attendance management and loss management through workers’ compensation. Kylie is experienced in the management of complex health related employment issues.
Kylie has consulted extensively to employers in the private sector and ‘not for profit sector’ as well as State and Federal Government organisations and Government owned corporations, including conducting workplace investigations for a number of clients including Department of Communities, Disability Services and Seniors, Metro North Hospital and Health Service, Brisbane Youth Detention Centre and Department of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships. Kylie has also undertaken consultancies with Queensland Police Service, Powerlink, Ready Bake, Queensland Rehabilitation Services and FLSmidth Ludowici.
Peter Fletcher, Associate
Peter has extensive experience as a previous senior HR and ER Manager in the State Public sector and is well versed on the Recruitment and Selection Directive and conflict of interest issues. Peter has successfully case managed politically sensitive investigations involving conflict of interest matters involving a number of subject officers including complaints made against very senior officers.
Peter has a wealth of knowledge and experience in in managing complex and sensitive HR, ER and IR projects and issues. His background spans many years working across many industries and working across government, quasi government, private sector and not-for-profit entities and small businesses.
Peter has specialised in providing HR solutions that are tailored to your business and your operating environment. He has worked on start-up operations and also managed complex downsizing projects involving significant redundancies. He was consulted to a variety of industries in times of significant change.
Louise is an experienced executive with 30 years' experience specialising in communication, stakeholder relations, community engagement, issues management, media relations and organisational change.
Throughout her wide-ranging career she has provided high level strategic marketing, communication, change management stakeholder consultation advice and implementation for a wide range of clients including the Queensland Government, CSIRO, QR, TransLink, CorpTech, Brisbane City Council, and Redland Shire Council.
She has extensive experience as a communication manager in government and private organisations within the transport, finance and utilities industries, including the Federal Airport Corporation (Sydney Airport), Department of Transport and Main Roads, ABN Amro and Sydney Water.
She has a particular interest and expertise in stakeholder and community engagement and has worked around Australia and across the world, including Brisbane, Sydney, Lae (Papua New Guinea) and Dhaka (Bangladesh).
David Shoobridge, Associate
David Shoobridge is a management consultant who specialises in organisational reviews, policy development, change management, culture development, strategic interventions, tailored HR solutions, regional development, governance and process review.
Employed for over twenty years in executive management of various Northern Territory local government authorities, David specialises in community engagement and establishment of efficient service delivery in remote locations. In recent years David was the Chief Executive Officer of Barkly Shire Council in Central Australia and has prior experience in northern Arnhem Land and the Port Keats/Daly region. Previous appointments have included CEO of Councils in Goulburn and Croker Islands, Ngukurr and Daly River (Nauiyu).
During the initial years of the Northern Territory Emergency Response (NTER) David was appointed by the Commonwealth Government as the initial Government Business Manager at Elcho Island before accepting an administrative role as Area Manager and GBM Mentor for the northern area.
Outside local government David has had extensive involvement in tourism development and the hospitality industry.
